a few years ago I started teaching myself artwork from the tribes which I am from. some of work is done in traditional northwest coast first nation style (coast salish and haida) but most of it has my own personal style as well since I am selftaught but now i have a very good artist teaching me alot more traditional stuff. these pics are not that good and this is all my earlier work and I am going to work on getting some of my newer worked scanned instead of using a digital camera. I started using canvases and paper but now I prefer painting on wood and animal skins (drums) and have also started carving.

I dig those a lot. I think they would make for great tattoo designs as well. If you haven't, maybe you should perhaps consider selling designs as flash art.
