Hi guys i am going home this weekend from college to visit some friends. i haven't smoked with them in a while so i wanted to do something special. i wanted to surprise them with a homemade steamroller. but i want a big one like 3 or 4 feet so i was wondering what do you think is the best tube to use? i would like it to be clear so we can see the chamber fill up, and i want it to be relatively cheap. i heard there is clear pvc pipe but i also heard that pvc pipe can let out chlorine gas which is bad to smoke lol. any recommendations would be much appreciated.
1st off a steamroller that big would be such a waste but if u ewant a saner size ithink some like glass tubing would be best a 4 ft steamroller &noone will ever be able to clear the chamber without coughin theyre brains out hellit;ll take 2 lungfulls of air tojust fillthe chamber 2 more to clear it whats the point in that perfect sizre for 1 is about 6-8inches & 1-2 wide one the size of your forearm would be pretty damn big would give killer hits..but wouldnt be impossible to smoke altho would take fairly good lungs better choice over makin a 4 foot steamroller is, show up with a joint the size well that fits perfectly inside a paper towel tube & afew bear mugs put the mugs in the freezer untill theyre nicely frozen light joint put in tube..blow shotguns intothe glasses.. the smoke almost liquifies..drinkit..take it intoyour lungs but u can also like drinkit too... its a hellof a better way tosmoke..you'll get so freakin high u forget your name.. &its a surprise they'll always remember instezad of ya shopwin up with a pipe they cant even get a good toke outta
hell yea!!!! This is the first time i've ever heard about anybody doin this..........freezing beer mugs in the freezer then blowin smoke into the mugs...and like soaringeagle said, "the smoke almost liquifies." It will get you/your buddies STONED plus it will be a good smokin experience, especially with good friends, that you won't forget. - 42o -
did it once..at a freinds birthday party.. 20 years ago& stillis my fav smokin experience..so yea its memmorable there will always be someone makin impossibly huge bongs & pipes that just are impossible to smoike but when u make the session a truely amazing eperience they'll always remember it
Thanks for the idea of the frozen beer mug but me and my friends have toked from pretty big bongs like 2 or 3 foot bongs and i always thought that steamrollers hit so much harder than bongs so i think we could handle a 4 foot bong and even if we cant me and my friends dont care about the weed persay we care abut the experience smoking it so if we have a great time but we waste a little weed we are fine with that so u think i could get a glass tube for cheap though?
Unless you know what your doing when it comes to glass, dont mess with it. Because it can be very dangerous. Ive made a few home-made steamrollers. Like one out of a pringles can (that one was my fave). Id say anything over 2 feet for a steamroller is overkill. Consider anything longer than your arm, you will then have to have a buddy hold the other end closed. How about getting something like an arrow-head bottle, and then some other big ass bottle (like a 3 liter soda bottle) and making an awsome Gravity Bong. You could (if you time it all right) get a whole bowls worth of smoke in, with just 1 hit.
ok i have 2 questions first what is an "Arrow-Head bottle" and second does the frozen beer mug thing work with cigarette smoke too because i just tried it with my cigarette to see it and it didnt really liquify it kinda stayed in the glass a little bit but nothing great am i doing something wrong

i made a steamroller out of a wrapping paper tube. the mouth hole was a little big, so i cut a 20oz soda bottle in half and duct taped the mouth piece onto the tube. he was born.... The Killa! (aptly named) instead of a bowl, i made a hole just big enough for a fat blunt. light the blunt, pass it around the circle once so everybody gets a puff, puff. then ya put it in the steamroller. suck for about 3 seconds, take your hand off of the end, and prepare to DIE!!! i could hold the hit for about .01 seconds haha.... then i would cough and CRY for a little, then i would be blazed as shit!
by liwquify iwasnt being literal, but it cools & condences & u get a huge amount condenced into a smal space..& its cool so is very easy to take in huge amounts toomuch to inhale sou..drink down the rest.. its abiut the same amount of smke as a 4 ft bong condenced intothe mug..& is way easier to hold in but i'm 1 whoalways hated big bongs..lol except maybe a hookah
