So to make a long story short... It turns out that battery acid, denatured alcohol, and the contents of a dry chemical fire extinguisher make a really unplesant mess.
Well here's what happened. My range top was out of fuel (I use a refillable alcohol stove). I refilled it and spilled a little bit, which is usual. Or at least I though that I had only spilled a little bit. The problem is that I spilled a whole lot more than a little bit, most of it in the sink. Both my batteries were shot so I pulled them and checked them with a manual hydrometer and ended up spilling a bunch of battery acid in the sink, which turned brown and started to turn all of the sink brown and to smell very bad. I then put my batteries on to change. Being hungry I decide to put a pot of water on to boil some pasta while I cleaned up the mess in the sink. As it turns out there was a small amount of alcohol leading from the stove to the large amount iof alcohol in the sink. It was the combo of alcohol and battery acid in the sink that was turning everything brown and sticky and stinky. Well I lit the stove, which lit the alcohol leading from the stove to the sink, causing the stinky sticky alcohol battery acid combo to go BOOM!! and light the entire galley on fire. I put it out with a dry chemical fire extinguisher which usually is not sticky but combined with the already sticky alcohol battey acid combo became sticky and gooey and covered the galley making a sticky stinky gooey mess.
No, but I have similar hair, and people have compared me to him in the past, also the idea of a garbage disposal in the shower is 100% awsome.
Yes indeed this did take place on a boat, I live on a boat. And what does my Jar-Jar Binks have to do with anything? I don't even own a Jar-Jar Binks.
