yessss, i live in NC, and besides from that info, almost no one goes to jail for weed here, if the cops pull you over here, and you have a bag (less than 10 grams) or a joint, all you have to do is tell the truth to the cop and he will either take your weed, or tell you to go straight home the cops here are cool like that, besides there too busy trying to find this huge crystal meth/cocaine conspiricy going on in the outskirts of my town
Some states are sick with the laws on pot. I be scare to get busted for weed some US states and other not at all. I walk in San Fran see some smoking fattest joint instead of pipe no one cares even cops. Maybe one or two cops dont like the new laws and can dick with you but as a whole here we don't fear the cops its low priority even if no medical bud card.
I just wait to say if you get medical clubs card, here are some cool things not to do so clubs stay open and grow state by state. Dont make alot of noise at nite coming out of clubs. Dont smoke in cars near by the clubs so they dont make phone calls to bitch at club like bars Dont give a reason to get it taken away like smoking on way home weed . I live in California and I do have medical problems that I need marijuana to stimulate my appetite but I heard the US supreme court invalidated the medical marijuana law and these clubs face no problems from the DEA? More power to these clubs for operating in spite of that decision.
Looks like the DEA only comes in if the city or town or couty wants them in. San Diego just was shut down because they dont want to go by state law . So they called in the feds. So far 3 counties dont want to go alone with state ID card 2006 program but only Sam Diego seems to have asked in the DEA.
whats the law in The NORML site list fed and state only in USA. How ever in Canada they are very active in trying to get pot reforms done these days. in California I love the 140+ clubs in state I can vist.
