pic of me and my new favourite scarf

Posted a similar pic in Fashion and Crafts... thought I'd finally post a pic in Member Photos... You can't really see in the pic but I'm wearing this great patchworkesque top I bought at a jazz festival; it's now my favourite shirt, although unfortunately the weather's starting to become too cool to wear it outdoors. This is an Alien Illusion scarf that I just finished knitting.... Looking at it straight on looks just like stripes, but at an angle, alien faces appear! (better seen in second pic)

nope, not at all. If ya know how to knit, u just need to knit and purl, no fancy stitches. Pattern's from Stitch N Bitch by Debbie Stoller. Thought it'd be hard but it's actually quite easy!

im so freaked by the idea of knitting patterns!! ALCK!!! my sister says my next project has to be a pattern EKK!!
