how do you make your tuna sammichs?

    I just made a whole wheat lasagna with cottage cheese instead of ricotta. Don't laugh, it's tastes awesome and it's better for you. [​IMG]

    But yes, my lasagna is baking as I type. [​IMG]

    Oh, and I don't really like mayo. Except in chicken salad, and even then, I make a half and half ratio of mayo and sour cream.

    I don't like mayo either...I definitely prefer MIracle Whip.

    No Miracle Whip isn't vegan...it just tastes better.

    Men don't really have to worry about mercury in foods. It's mostly just women of child-bearing age and children that have to worry.

    But when I hear numbers like 1 part per million of mercury in each can, I'd limit myself to 1 or 2 cans per month.

    i use a tablespoon of mayo, two tsp mustard, a tbsp sweet pickle relish (or chopped bell peppers and celery) salt, pepper, toasted bread.

    i like fried egg sandwiches, egg salad is too rich for me. but fry an egg, throw a slice of tomato and a leaf of lettuce on it, and i'm set.
