I'm thinking it might be cute to wear a thermal shirt under a halter top or apron top with jeans and boots. I also like skirts and need to find/sew a flannel petticoat for winter. We do still go out once a week and I want to look nice and sexy but I don't want to freeze my butt off either. What are you guys/girls wearing?
In the winters I usually do that exact thing with an apron top, usually put a long underwear shirt under it....and I also wear heavier skirts and put long underwear on underneath those too in the winters.
Ya basically just layering stuff is key. I love my clothes, and I want to wear them as much as I can throughout the year.
I dress the same way year-round--stockings, skirts (I hate pants), a t-shirt, sweater, and jacket, and sometimes knee-socks over my tights if it's really cold.
I live in Wisconsin... So I just cant wear skirts in the winter I just get TOO cold! SO I wear jeans lots of long sleeve thermal shirts and sweaters... and If I really want to wear a skirt I put tights on under... or like spandex pants. I also wear lots of hats mittens and scarves... I hate being cold so lots of layers for me.
jeans or long johns under skirts... i used to know people who wore shorts with long johns all winter......
I always buy those thick winter tights to wear under skirts (sometimes I'll even wear two pairs), and if it's really cold, pants too. long flowy skirts or dresses look nice with tall boots, and that's usually my outfit of choice in the winter.
