    middle of the flower...

flower petals drop off & the central part of the flower has a little brown knob dealio about the size of yr little finger tip...
when it dries well, you can hear the seeds rattling around inside sometimes (usually about 4 seeds per capsule)...
typical dose of Ipomea violacea (= I. tricolor) morning glory seeds is 5 to 15 grams - like 150 to 400 or so seeds...

    ~
a tropical morning glory is Argyrea nervosa (hawaiian baby woodrose seeds) - but typical dose is usually 1/2 to 2 grams (say 4 to 12 or so seeds)...

    ~
check out some of the stuff over at websites like erowid or lycaeum for basic info & good links & such...

this dosage range probably only applies to the commonly known to be potent varieties such as heavenly blues, pearly gates, flying saucers... most say heavenly blues is the strongest, a bit fewer say pearly gates, and ive only heard of one person saying flying saucers are by far the strongest.
