Anyone here into their music? Just heard one snippet of "It Was Love" that was used for 10s in How I Met Your Mother and I love their sound. Trying to download more of their music but was wondering if anyone here knew anything about them and if so what they would recommend I try n listen to. and the truth was I was just scared for you but for me, that's the way that it comes you'd gotten used to me and my awful tongue but god, didn't we have some fun? when we made love in the van and I drove with your hand on my lap and when san diego got too unkind we just picked up and left it behind and we had some love and some hope a full tank of gas and a wide open road it was love to us, it was all that we had and there's just a day when you just break the best thing you had and I still call it love for now, it's the closest I've come
Their newest to my knowledge Sun Sun Sun is enjoyable and harmless but not a patch on the older Me First. They're fronted by the same guy from Rilo Kiley who are / were excellent (Get The Execution of all Things). Jenny Lewis who released an album recently is /was in Rilo Kiley too if you like her. So, if you like Saddle Creek and really pleasant solid slight country tinged stuff you'll be onto a winner.
