Just went for a walk around the park, boy do we have flooding around here. Clear up over the curbs, Storm sewers are backed up and kids are waiting through the water in the streets up to there knee's.

Then on my way back from my walk a man was walking dressed in the lose fitting clothes like gangs wear. When he saw me he reached in his jacket like he was going to pull a gun on me. He kept his hand in his jacket the whole time he walked past me carefully watching me, I think he might have been looking at my pockets too see if i had anything on me, like a wallet or anything. I just quietly walked around him.

He was probably just trying to intimidate you, if he was gonna roll you he would have done it, you can't always tell i someone's got valuables on them by glancing at them.
