    done a eight mile walk yesterday up the hills and far away :) legs are a bit stiff but the pain will ease after i have this spliff ;)

    I'm actually a little nervous at the moment. My Mam's coming to visit to see her dentist and I was supposed to be going too - But I haven't made an appointment! Oops. All will be well once we're at the pub though :)
