Those are beautiful! I just ordered my first batch yesterday from Mimi's Dreams, after two years of wanting to try cloth pads. I'm so excited!
You soak 'em in water and wash them with the regular laundry! Then the water leftover can be poured onto plants.
hey, i was searching for something like that. i want to ask wich materials you use for the pads, and how long you can wear them before switching. i love them btw, especially the pink one with flowers on it.
nananie: I use super cotton flannel for my pads. I personally change mine every 2 -3 hours. I use three pads a day. I don't bleed as much at night so I don't have to worry about leakage. Check out my etsy store if you are interested in buying some.
Looks like knitin.chick is the only one who read the title of the thread. The bag toppers look great! --Definitely something I don't expect to see when buying handmade goods. It adds such a professional element to it all. Did you make them yourself or order them through a press?
It's okay that not everyone read the title! lol I ordered them from the lady that makes my business cards (which look similar to the toppers). Her Etsy store is Thisandthat.etsy.com and she is fabulous. She does remarkable work. Her prices are so good as well. The reason I had them made is because 3 brick and mortars are interested in carrying my pads. One in San Francisco, one in Arizona and one locally here in NC. I wanted them to look professional to be carried in the stores. I've been crazy busy building my inventory. That is why I haven;t posted many premades lately! I will though soon. Thanks for looking everyone!
I read the title then looked at the thread and was so confused. "WHY is she calling PADS "bag toppers"?!?!" Took me about five times of looking at the thread to figure it out (I didn't know that you ran Twisted Stitches so I thought you received the pads in the mail). Lol!!!
I will ship anywhere, just let me know where and I can give you the shipping cost adn change the listing for you.
