i'm really interested in discovering things from different planes and would really like to leave this plane to contact another. is there anyway of doing this?

have you ever tried meditation "guess not " natural born mediums are born with their 3rd eye open ie seeing and connecting to spirits ghosts etc etc . people who are not naturally born this way can learn to open up and tune in ........look it up on your browser for more info .
Other planes tend to overlap ours...and the more you open that third eye, the more you'll see the many spots where you can peak into other realms and planes and universes. This is also key in a lot of theories regarding non-scientific time travel, reaching Arcadia, the Akashic Records, and so on. Meditation helps. Conscious effort at opening your mind helps. Research helps. Magic helps.
your expiriences with teh other planes will never be positive until you learn first to love this one. why do you want to leave the most beautiful realm in existence??? our romping grounds may be dense and intence, but it is the best school out there.
