people will tell you things half the time that they are saying out of their ass.. i say if you are that worried, ask a doctor, but i have never known anything to be wrong with that, but i wouldnt know since me dont have balls...
It's normal for one to hang lower. It's they way they're designed, as so they don't crush eachother when your walking. Half an inch is a bit more then normal but I wouldn't worry about it unless you have pain, ED, problems ejaculating, etc... Fuck don't they teach you anything about your bodies there? Thats like Science 9 here.

Don't feel bad brother. My right one hangs lower but my johnson points to the left...think they balance each other out to keep me from walking in circles.
hmm...I've spent a lot of time looking at my balls in my day and I'm pretty sure they both hang the same...it doesn't hurt when I walk either...sometimes if I sit wrong I pinch one of the little guys........
