I have a bag of shrooms I know I will not be able to finish off anytime soon. Any tips as to how to keep them from going bad? They are dry etc. Also, If I have one big stem that is equal to a certain amount (say an 1/8th for arguments sake) and I have a few smallers stems and caps that equal an 1/8th as well, would they have the same effect? One big shroom as opposed to numerous small pieces put together? What would you do?
freeze em....put them in a big ass ziplock baggie like the ones meant to protect freezer burn (Heavy duty lol) and put 'em in your freezer/ deep freezer ....
