Shipping. Need Advice

Salut beautiful People!
I'm just going to make my own site to sell my stuff. However, I live in the small country in EU, at the Black Sea and I don't know what to do with shipping. I can't trust our post and private organizations need to much money. What do you think should I ask customers for paying for shipping or it would be too bed for my businness? I want to add that I will have very low prices 'cause our national value goes with Dollar and Euro as 1/2. For example, if I'll be paid for my dress 20$, I'll have about 40 national money.
So, if I will have low prices but no free shipping would it be a lucky businness?



P.S. and also my second name.. I plan to take domain from freewebs.com, however, the problem is that my domain will be at the end of the address. For example: www.freewebs.com/ursula . Is it too bed?

 

woops... I just read about this free domains that they aren't good and can go down in every minute. :S

 

postage always costs extra whenever u order online, so i don't think it would be a problem if u charged customers for it. Otherwise u'd lose money, right?
