in the 1970s a lie test was required for many jobs but now is illegal for most aplication and drug test should also be . but its ok for our pilots to get loaded with alcohol before a flight at the local airport pub .

 

Yeah, they are unconstitutional, anyway. It's probably just another rule bent in an attempt to eradicate drug use (which will never happen).
