any way a while ago, i noticed 2 brown splotches on the head of my pee pee. it doesnt itch or anything.. it just looks wierd, then recently like 2 brown splotches appeared on the skin.. help?

 

No idea, maybe it's chaffing from rubbing it too hard. Might just be normal skin growths. Use a proper lubricant when you masturbate as opposed to just saliva. Since saliva dries out very quickly.
