Theres a few to choose from, I can't be arsed with a poll cus theres too many for me to remember.

Fear and Loathing is an obvious classic, all be it not central around tha 'erb.

 

I really love Dazed and Confused. Makes me want to party.

i really liked grandma's boy.

 

Yeah Grandma's Boy is hilarious... but my favorite is Cheech and Chong's Up in Smoke

dazed and confused is my favorite, fast times is awesome too along with half baked of course.

 

Dazed and Confused definatly wins. Others like half baked are funny and all, but I can watch Dazed as many times as anyone puts it on.

 

lol out of all the stoner movies or just drug movies ive ever seen fear and loathing is by far the one i love the most, i understand and appreciate that movie more and more every time i see it

i liked half baked, i rented dazed and confused once and couldnt get through it cause i was too high

Fear And Loathing is a classic, but as you said it's not centred purely around herbs. Cheech and Chong, Dazed And Confused, Half Baked and Harold & Kumar are all pretty hilarious

i gotta say dazed and cnfused and then grandmas boy... but i didnt think half baked was all that amazing

 

so i always thought how high was a stupid movie, until i watched it high and realized it was comedic genious. And i also love dazed and confused of course plus if anyone has seen the musical version of reefer madness, that shit is so bomb, or even watching the 1930's version of reefer madness when high is awesome.
