I think it works like this, there are assholes in this world and not all the assholes are white people. Some assholes are black but not all black people are assholes either. If you took all the assholes in the world and put them in washington (I say washington, because it seems to be the epicentre of assholism( wikipedia gw bush)), you would find that no matter how big washington would have to get in order to accomodate them, there would still be fewer people in washington than outside it. That is to say : it doesnt matter what colour you are, or what colour they are - an asshole is an asshole but theres fewer assholes in the world than nice people.
