How would you celebrate?

Okay, when (and this is a iffy when) weed is legalized, which is what im pretty sure we'll end up getting, eventually, how are you gonna celebrate?


Someone asked me this the other day, i wanna see what you guys think?


Personally, id bake a few batches of my magic brownies, and give them to anyone who wanted them, free of course, then buy at least a half of the best weed i can get, and have a big smoke up circle in the fields in my city, or in the parks, fuck it anywheree man theres so much i would dooo aah wooh anyway ^^ Lol i like thinking about stuff like this, makes me happy

If there would be some kind-of mircle & It actually happened. I would buy shitloads of top quality Weed. Drive around town stoned off my face, walk around town stoned off my face. Blow somke into coppers faces, smoke outside the staff room & the teachers office. Come to class high everyday... Ahhh... can't wait.

he is semi right though... if it is legalized it wont be legal to smoke in public, and it wont be legal to drive while high. it will probably be regulated much like alcohol. during prohibition i doubt people said when alcohol was legalized they were going to drink a bottle of vodka and drive around town yelling at cops.

Exactly.. and my question is.. why would anyone want to? Seriously... the way I like to think about it is.. pot smokers are a lot more intelligent, and classy than bar drunks... cops are not the ones who made it illegal... teachers are there to try and give you a good life, and career if you choose to go down that road... no reason to blow it in their faces guys..



Maybe I'm naive, but, I hope that when weed is legalized.. the world becomes a much better/safer place than it is now in today’s beer and tobacco world..

man what a fucking cool thread... i get excited just thinkin bout it... i'd go out, buy 5 different kinds of top-quality weed, maybe spend like 800 bucks or more, roll an assload of joints, head onto campus and just offer to people if they wanna smoke, make some new friends! and then get totally fuckin ripped and be so happy that its legalized... although it would mean so much of our stoner culture would disappear

I'd do the same thing I do now, just smoke at home.

 

I hope marijuana doesn't become legalized in my lifetime because the whole stoner culture would disappear. To me, marijuana would completely lose its charm if it were to be legalized. Large, greedy corporations would start running things much like the way they run the tobacco industry. Also, a lot more people would smoke weed then do now. I don't like that idea because in today's world where marijuana is illegal, I can identify with everyone else who smokes pot because they're doing it because they love it even though they know of potential risks arising out of its illegality. A lot more people would smoke weed if it were legalized, and stonerism will become mainstream and accepted in all quarters, which is contrary to what its all about. Everyone I know seems to want legalized marijuana, but I think it's best we analyze the implications this would have on our world before taking a stand.

 

I would find the most high quality marijuana available and take spend 600 dollars on it. I'd then smoke bongs and bongs full then call my two best smoking buddies over. We would roll a few joints then take the rest of the weed and roll blunts. I'd then light 3 blunts and run down the street naked while toking upon all three of them.

i don't think it'll become legal in our lifetime... it'll probably become decriminalized. oh wait it already is! i think i'll go smoke some spliffs in public. haha, so long suckers

 

Conformist my ass schoolboy. I'm in no way anti drugs whatsoever, having taken them since you were in elementary school. I'm not preaching bullshit at all but being more the voice of reason. When you have some kid talking about how he'd blow weed smoke in a cops face and go driving and to class stoned out of his tree and smoke outside the teachers office at school it's an argument against legalisation because it shows how irresponsible people can be. Yeah, sure people do it with legal drugs but it still doesn't make that behaviour any more acceptable or cool. People are fuckwits, you don't have to follow the herd.
Outright legalisation would be stupid and implausible as you know the man will tax anything he can so people need to aim towards decriminalisation instead which is much more feasible. I've been to Holland too many times to count and the Dutch model works well, very well in fact. Funnily the only people over there who behave like fuckwits when it comes to weed are stupid brit and yank kids who can't be mature about it and go wild because of the novelty of being able to buy a bag of grass over the counter. btw if it were to be decriminalised then there would be a strict age limit policy so kids who would behave like kids would find it harder to get their paws on.
