And don't be so naieve of course they arrest pot smoking acid dropping teenagers, they don't give a shit about the big dealers, and i mean the BIG dealers, cuz there getting paid under the table to let the drugs come in and then they bust little peope dealing just a little bit, and if they don't pay there busted, they arrest people like us who aren't bothering anyone, cuz there pigs. But either way fuck 'em i'm gonna smoke pot and do acid and and ain't no body gonna stop me. Do your own thing, thats what really gets to them, because were the ones who think for ourselves, and thats the last thing they want, so just fuck 'em, do whatever's your bag. He must've had a ton of pictures for the police to have gathered enough information to bust him. Because in order for them to get his IP address to even track him, they would need to subpoena the OverGrow webmaster for it.

 

I already know that I wouldn't do what I do if I lived in the US. It just wouldn't be worth it. Major forfeiture, long gaol times and heavy fines. Bah, you can have that, where it's considered ok to have an all pervasive snitch culture because desperate people will turn in everyone to lighten their woe. Not much camaraderie in that. But given "selfishness" is seen as a "virtue", then yeah I can see why.

Here's an American Overgrower done with 187 Cannabis plants. He will get 5 to 40 years gaol. Nicked by a snitch. Thread recycle binned I guess. In short, the best this guy can hope for is 5 years and needless to say if his legal team fails up to 40. He's basically condemned and he might come out of it as an old man. It doesn't bode well given the thread was pulled.

Here's an Australian Overgrower done with over 200 Cannabis plants. Still in court apperances. But I can say, without a shadow of doubt, he will not get anywhere near 5 years, let alone 40, as is the "5 to 40" federal mandatory for 100 or greater numbers of Cannabis plants in the US. The last Australian Overgrow member I'm aware of who was done with 177 Cannabis plants didn't even get gaol.

Yeah the poor yanks get rightly screwed for shit like that although in Ireland if you were caught with that many plants you'd be in shit but no way you'd spend more that 3-4 years in jail. Not 40 anyway, a double murder over here wouldn't get you 40.

 

This has come up before. The correct answer is NO! They don't have time to monitor every website where people talk about drugs. They CAN'T!
But! There has been at least ONE time, where some ass-hole filed a complaint against one member. Then the Government watched THAT person.
