Banana Peppers

    I've got a whack of hot banana pepper plants growing in my garden courtesy of my mom, and I'm not too familiar with the things... So anyhow, I've got all these banana peppers and haven't got a clue as to what to do with them... Outside of canning/pickling, etc.

    Help. :D

    they go good on pizza except theyre extremly spicy, hopefully you dont mind spicy food

    or a stirfry would be good with them in it, or in any style of wrap

    I find them spicy but not so spicy as jalapenos so if you're looking for a bit less heat in things like homemade salsa.

    I once worked for an Italian sandwich shop. At Christmas, I walked in and found a pine tree decorated with all kinds of strung dried peppers. That was sooo original, I never forgot it. I may just do that myself one of these years.

    subway uses them as a sandwich ingredient.

    I usually pickle my peppers.... lasts me for the whole winter.... :( I'm boring that way!
