Something needs to be done, at least a trim, but I wonder if I should get dreads, cut about half off, or see what I look like with short hair. What do you think I should do? Got pictures in my gallery. If you're too lazy to check there, say something and I guess I'll put them in this post.
ahhh.. the dreaded mid length. Chances are you know what you look like with short hair. You sound like it's a PITA right now. is your hair in the way or are you simply bored? I'll lobby for long hair, dreads would be OK, but they take a while to feel like they are yours, and not a mammal living on you (perhaps one grows into their dreads?) and you hair will shrink 50 percent. Just so you know. I think you have that free living rocker style going on, and it would be a shame to go close cropped from that! do you ever put your hair up in a bun/knoe half pony/braids? I say those save many a head of hair from the dreaded midlength.
please do not cut your hair, you have amazing gorgeous hair hair, that demands fingers running through it don't cut it, dreads are awesome, but you have such lovely hair i understand wanting to do something with it, i've been changing my hair colour almost every month that is just my opinion, and it is your hair so do what you wish...but you are a very lovely boy just the way you are
I like it long...but if you feel you have to do something, I'd say dread it. Don't cut it short, it'd take so long to grow back!

Hmm. Thanks everyone, I appreciate the kind words and all your thoughts. Drumminmama :] I'm not entirely sure what all the stuff you mentioned is. Half pony and braids? Hahah I'm pretty clueless. I know how to a. put my hair back b. let it down c. brush one side behind my ear.
I like your long hair...whatever you do...don't cut it! Some people aren't blessed with nice hair...but you are...so...there ya go.
Lately it just doesn't look right to me--a little frizzier than normal and all that. Maybe it's because I'm in a rush to get places and dont take the time to let it dry the usual way after showers. I've got classes to get to and all that, and the wind blows it all over. Hah, maybe that's the reason. Well.. I'll get a little trim (just a few centimeters) and keep growing it out.
