Why no answer to previous thread

I was hoping someone would answer my other question about where the best places are to find someone to buy from here. I'm totally new to the Winchester, Va area and I don't know anyone to buy from. I'm not the fuz, just hoping to make some connections. Before I moved I had a steady supply and I thought I would have found something by now. Does anyone know the best way to find someone?
