sister on fourth child

    hello all my sister is about to have her fourth child first daughter. i need a few suggestions . Her two eldest sons (marques6, jaylon5) they dont do as they are asked. tiffany asks them to clean up their rooms or help clean the house. Tiffany has tried every thing form the chart system to whooping them (i dont agree with that) she has no idea how to get them to help around the house especially since she will be needing their help when K'Seja is born. the baby's father will be in jail as of october 1 and she has exhausted all of her resources for help with the kids. thanks for all the thoughts and suggestions.
