hello everyone I am Georgian...no, not fr0om the USA, from southeast Europe. I am a crazy fan of communal living, alternative lifestile, but unfortunately there is no commune in our country and nearby countries. I found out that people can go in foreign countries and live there in communities... is there any commune where I could go? Of course I will work and do everything for the commune...
even in the midst of a seeminly barren space - there are places where people come together - gatherings of the likeminded - but often they do not advertise - for that can often wreck a good thing On the former Czeck border there in the mountains people still gather - and about 5 years ago they came on these forums and asked for help in the building of such a place spoken of. I am not as computer literate and doubt I could find their postings in the archives - and so many crashes as we have grown in the forums leaves blank spaces when we desperately wish to fill the voids left in our hearts .... And my brother - hear the words of Ghandhi and make then real - "Be the Change you wish to See" In the european union traveling between countries is fairly easy and open - but this world has become a hard place of paranoia and greed - those who have try to keep it theirs - those who have not compare and yearn after what others have - too often not realizing that lack of wholeness found therein - no joy of the heart - no bliss coming from within. Make it yours by Doing - for in little Ways the ripples created change the shores of the reality of All - and new paradigms are born.
