Or was left in the natural state, which accounts for the darker skin halfway down, the top skin being under the 4skin at flacid. Which is it kid? 4skin has a way of darkening from the heavy and over firm application of a sweaty hand for a few years. Maybe the same is true for cut, I've only familiarity with one penis -my own.
