I doubt it'll do you much harm. Its all tested for toxic properties. Whether it'll do you much good either is a different question.

And now they are cleverly making ice cream boxes less than a half gallon, without telling you. Ice cream was hitting $6 a box, which sounds expensive to most of the public. If you look on the box, you'll find that many are now smaller, about 80% of a half gallon. Just enough smaller so that you don't notice but small enough that they make a bigger profit.

Ice cream boxes have been a half gallon standard for many decades. That's never changed up until about a year ago.

If you really want your head to spin, read the list of chemicals on a box of ice cream or salad dressing. I took about 7 courses in chemistry and I can't even pronouce the names of those chemicals.

There's a few brands of ice cream on the market that are natural and have milk and sugar and not much of anything else. The rest have a horrible list of chemicals.

If you see a front label bragging that it's 'Fat Free', there's a good chance it contains Olestra. It's difficult to make any normal food totally fat free. If Olestra is present, it's required to be on the ingredients label but not on the front of the package.

no ! food ignorance, and food supply chain corruption is whats killing us!
food science is neutral, but some scientists are not beyond corruption so put out misleading evidence. The food supply business is one of the biggest
and though real scientists keep trying to get the real message through, it is overpowered by the corporations and the false message, via the media is promoted
