I have 1 gram of 10x Extract...how should i take it ? how much? i dont have a pipe..can i roll a spliff...mixin it with tabacco?
don't roll a joint cuz when your smoking salvia a flame has to be on it the whole time your inhaling, cuz the salvinorin A has to be vaporized and it takes higher temperatures. And it burns hot so i advise you make a bong, or just buy an acrylic one for 12 bucks at a headshop thats how much mine cost and it works great and hits great to.
a joint will be a waste. get a small pipe with a screen. use between 1/20 and 1/40 of a gram of 10x One big puff held for 20 seconds at least should do you fine. if no head shop is around. use tin foil accross the top of a regular pipe with pinholes in the tin foil. it wil work fine. that whole thing about needing lots of heat is not true. a regular lighter will do. and with extract the amount required can be burned quite quickly. with plain leaf some use a torch to make sure they burn enough. the melting point or vaporization point of salvinorin is irrellevant, when the base leaf burns the salvinorin is carried on the hot gas to the lungs either as salvia in liquid or tiny particles, either works for the lung. high heat is not healthy for human lungs.
