Pentagon says war in Iraq has been lost. As Donald Rumsfeld put it informational warfare has been lost, which means we are losers in general. I suspect we’ll have to leave Iraq in disgrace like we did in V-nam.
$300 million spent on stealth PR of Bush’s antiterrorist policy have been wasted to bring no results at all! This is the money of American taxpayers survived through 9/11 and lusting for safety since then. Isn’t it outrageous? I’d rather say Pentagon and its contractors have just pickpocketed our money.
And they’ve made it even worse. They had expected to sway foreign audiences to support America’s policies. They failed. Now we are more disliked in the world. To make it worse terrorists started informational war and they did better than our precious psychological warfare experts. Now in the perception of the world we are opposing not terrorists so much but whole Islamic peoples rather. Needless to say this increases terrorist threat to USA cutinizes tenfold.

i'm not sure you used the word "cutinize" correctly... especially as terrorism doesn't have much to do with water-repellent materials found in plants.
