Except I don't know where to start. I'm wanting a very simple diet, almost yogic ya might say, and aside from hemp seed, still unsure of what to eat to keep healthy. basically, looking for nutrition info, i guess. ideas maybe? I'm thinking like beans, grains, fruit, sort of an Ital thing, perhaps.
I am glad to hear your going vegan. First off, get a lot of potassium by drinking Green Tea and eating bananas. Get your vitamin C from Oranges and Peaches. Get your Vitamin b and Vitamin b12 from Soymilk (And your calcium), you can get lots of Iron from Green veggies, and you can get protein from eating lots of nuts, lots of tofu and drinking soymilk, everthing else you can get from a nice multivitamin (Critical to veganism).
