I don't smoke it either. Why would I want to open myself up to government mind control like that? (yeah, I have a whole conspiracy theory about the government wanting you to smoke weed.) Besides, I'm deathly afraid of the cops, so no law-breaking for me. :p

Are you serious? I realize pot affects different people different ways, but either there's something chemically wrong with you or you're extremely neurotic.

Let me guess, they want us to get high on pot so we'll become too passive to resist them. So why then don't they legalize it?

What you mean by extremely neurotic? You could have at least suggested, as some have done, that the pot was laced with something bad.

Which would bring me to my next point about pot smoking, which is, since it's illegal and can only be purchased on the black market, there is no way to verify it's content until it is actually used. This is highly dangerous, as may have happened with me (or maybe it is that there's something mentally wrong with me, and I am sure there probably is)... and it should be a word of caution to anyone else using something purchased from black market. Anything could be in it, and it could be deadly. Why take the chance?

Hi, what you had was a panic attack. had plenty of them when I use to smoke. I quit about 5 years ago. By the way, I never told anyone there was something wrong with them if they didn't smoke and never tried to turn somebody on if they weren't already a smoker. That much I'm proud of. Some of the hippiest people I know never smoked weed. I don't miss it!

most seasoned smokers can tell either by sight or taste, or by the high produced. it is very uncommon to get laced marijuana. lacing is mostly propaganda. the reason people dont lace weed is because is costs alot of money. weed costs a bunch as it is, and harder drugs cost more. why would someone go through all the trouble/money loss to put more drugs on top of drugs.

though its not un-heard of. some people lace there own stash. the most common things weed is laced with are coke and PCP. both of those substances are not cheep, so weed laced with it will cost more than average, which is a warning sign. also both can be seen with the naked eye, and also make the weed taste different.

there is a 98% chance your weed will NOT be laced

though your correct about buying things off the black market. many psychedelic drugs(ecstacy, acid, etc.) are not what is advertised. its common for ecstacy to contain DXM, speed, caffeine, instead of pure MDMA. its not uncommon for acid to contain Research Chemicals instead of LSD. this is because theses substances(MDMA, LSD) are difficult to make.
But when you speak of the weed black market its a different situation. weed is grown, dried and sold, not produced in a lab. many dealers are your friends, or friends of friends. people you will see on a constant basis.

If you don't smoke pot, you know which is totally cool if you don't but would you ever eat chocolatly pot brownies?

It's not really about being COOL, it's more about just having a great fuckin time.

I agree, sounds like you had a panic attack. I'd never had one either until I'd smoked pot a few times. I can totally relate to your fear of it. I feel the same way when I smell it.

There's nothing wrong with choosing not to smoke. I've been on both sides of that fence and haven't smoked in over three years. As with just about anything marijuana will affect different people differently. Wwhile there are definite drawbacks to smoking pot it is not the dangerous substance the anti-drug zealots purport it to be. That being said, there are many better things people can be doing with their time and money.

I used to smoke all the time, but now i'm such a light weight, a couple puffs does it. I think i'm at a point where I don't feel it's necessary. Every once in a while it's relaxing but i'm glad i'm not addicted anymore.

I'm a free person in control of my own life, no addiction will run my life.

I agree, I'm the same way. Getting high occasionally is the best way to go. By addicted you mean psychologically addicted since pot isn't truly addictive, but when you smoke it everyday you can get to crave the shit.

yes, I did mean psychologically. I'm starting to think that most addictions are though, like alcohol and cigarettes. People like to believe that it's the crap they put in smokes that make them addictive but maybe it's just something we're used to doing to pass the time and the crap makes them taste better. It's just my opinion though, I mean I know lots of people who need to smoke pot on a regular basis or they really loose it.
