Bob Dylan

It's my first date with a lovely lady and I take her to a fancy restuarant in Malibu.
We're shown to a table and the girl excuses herself to go to the ladies room.
I'm sitting there and who do I see sitting at a corner table with a few other people but Bob Dylan! Yep, Mr Dylan hisself.
I get an idea.
I get up and walk over.
I apologize for interupting, and after telling Mr Dylan how much I've enjoyed his music, I say "I'm on the first date with a woman and I would love to make a good impression. It would be a great help if on the way out you'd stop by and say hello like you know me."
Bob smiles, asks my name and I tell him and he says "I guess can do that".
So a few minutes later I'm sitting at the table with the girl and on his way out Mr. Dylan stops by and says "Hi Ranger, hows it going?"
I look up and say "Fuck off Bob can't you see I'm busy."

It's just a joke people.

i think bob dylan is one of the best writers who ever lived but to be honest he cant sing worth shit the occasinal song is good but he just cant sing

 

he sucks at singing, but hes got class, and his songs kick balls. I love Bob Dylan.

yea... somehow if you would have just ended it after he said "hello" i would have found it hard to believe... dylan just aint the kind of character to do such a thing.. he probably would have ignored you for asking such a ludacris request

I never thought Mr. Dylan would have ever sold out, writing and singing in an underwear commercial, but he did.


I never met Bob, but I did see him in a coffee shop in Malibu. I used to live in Malibu (actually in the hills above Malibu) and it wasn't unusual to see "stars".
I saw Johnny Carson grocery shopping, Olivia Newton-John topless at Cliffside (the nude beach), and was once passed on Kanan-Dume Rd. by Rod & Alana Stewart in a jeep, who were both either topless or naked.

 

i know i was just goofing around.. i assumed the same thing to, as i was reading the story i was like bs bob wouldnt do that

 

aww... its nice to know someone misses me lol.... yea.. i mostly just idle around these parts lately.. havent really found anything worth posting on i guess... im still around though.. also alot of it has been seeing music and festivals.. not alot of time for the ol HF..
