Yet Another rangerdanger Story

My girlfriend at the time, a beautiful Egyptian girl named Gina and I were up in Northern California near the Nevada border on vacation and stop off in Bodie, Calif., a restored ghost town. Gina was a quiet girl and rarely made jokes, but when she did they were hum-dingers.
We take the tour with a Park Service guide and about a dozen other tourists.
We're walking down the street and the guide is pointing out various buildings--the jail, the saloon, asseyers office, etc., telling us a little bit about each one.
We stop in front of The Bodie Hotel. The guide says "this hotel was built in 1879--just think ladies and gentleman, this building is over 120 years old."
In a voice just loud enough for the group to hear (but not the guide) Gina says "Wow, 120 years old--just wait til I tell the folks back home in Cairo about this."
The group broke up. The guide looked pissed.

 

That was so funny i forgot to laugh.

 

ill write that down in my book of shit that doesnt matter...haha just kidding that is a pretty good one, my ex was the same way, she always said shed be happy if no one ever told jokes, which she was dead serious, but that just always made me laugh, cause im a joky joke person, and she always laughed at stuff i said, and if it wasnt funny shed tell me, but i always had her laughin but wed get to talkin and id here her say, things would be so much better if no one ever told jokes..

America has no culture. None or very little of it. If the europeans never came we'd have some culture here but the way things went we just never had a chance. Oh well, mabey if the world is still alive in a couple of centuries we'l build some kinda culture by then mabey.

Well, if the Europeans never came, there wouldn't be much of an America. We'd probably have the culture of the American Indians. We do have culture, but since this country is so young, there's not much of it.
