I have a bf who's sick, which means I can't go anywhere. And I didn't get paid, b/c I didn't work today and I don't feel like calling my boss, because they're probably out of town anyway. So I'm broke as well.

yeah, the course is economics and I love it. However, we're getting into tough stuff now and it's less enjoyable. :H
weakness - fails to take into account of when the prices of goods rise in different proportions, and consumers will change there patterns of purchasing goods by substitution - so the CPI fails to take into account substitution effect and overstates the increases cost of living is that something your looking for?

what class are you taking? i got that from my Microeconomics and Behavior textbook. its intermediate micro-econ at my school. i had to drop the class due to illness, so i really didnt' get this far in the text

yea, thats one of my classes i'll have to take. i'm so far behind right now...econ major here who really doesn't know if he wants to go into that field anymore
i like it, i like learning the theory and applying it...i lean more towards macro problems though... however, i just don't think i see myself in a suit working in a cubicle
