Ok, first off, I have a computer I was given. It was completely free. Now, on that computer, I have no sound. And, I also have only 16-bit color. How and where can I find the drivers I need for the sound and the color? Also, how can I find out which drivers I need? PLEASE respond as soon as you can. I really need your help.
go to the manufactures web site and type the computers serial number into a search there or go to product support and find the drives you have to know what sound card and video card you have click start run then type dxdiag to find the vidoe card you have sound card i know but its to much typing if you really need to know ill tell you
