It is not allowed to speak about myspace? i suppose it is better. I do not want internet strangers knowing everything specific about me. I post here for advice and everything. Myspace i use like personal

 

You can talk about it-I am and still here.
Just because i'm a mod doesn't mean I can't be banned. I have been already.
Rightfully so too for some stuff last summer. Rules are rules-but I don't know where you are all getting that you can not talk about My Space. It's why I made the thread.
All I asked is DO NOT post your MY Space Page within a Thread.

 

I think the whole "don't talk about MySpace" is just a big running joke after all the fuss that went on with sigs and links earlier in the year, and when the newer people hear it, they think it's actually a rule. Haha, no worries, folks, it's just a joke.

Banned? For mentioning the stupid site? The only rule Skip's really enforced is not posting links to it or your personal profile on there. At least as far as I've been concerned.

 

Is it very easy to be excommunicated? My church denied me communion once after I was caught masturbating in the restroom.

No accusations were made but I think the suspicion was there and they decided it was better for my soul to sit it out.

If you post a thread with intention to promote a site (with a link), it is considered by most mods as spam, even if the rules don't necessarily say that. They will delete it.

 

Welllll, I haven't posted any threads with links to any sites with the intention to promote it, so I'm good, lol. Then again, I guess that's sort of a lie, because I replied to some of the MySpace profile threads waaay long ago before Skip decided they were getting out of control (which they really were). But those threads just got closed, no big deal.

 

I just remember a couple of weeks ago Raving sultan posted a thread with a site link and then he made a few comments and basically said check it out and somebody closed it because "he didn't comment enough on the link". Its this sort of thing that i think is ridiculous.

This thread is most likely closed now, because i am complaining.
