!!!need help!! excuse to delay trip

hi my girl is waiting for me 4hour drive away but i need to stay for my brothers bday,,, we have issues and she wont accept that as a good excuse,, i need to lie.. i know im in a bad relationship but right now thats easier,, once im there we can work out our problems but i want to stay two extra days,, im supposed to leave tommorrow and need to stay till at least thursday better friday...
please,, im sorry im a bad person, but i need an excuse

could someone help me to think of something? maybe like a car problem that needs me to stay two days to fix or wait for parts?

 

Dude, your 23. Grow a pair and tell her you're staying for your brother's birthday. If she doesn't like it, you can find a different woman who understands family.

 

i know your right, its just that im stuck in a bad relationship... when she gets pissed its hell for me. and i gave up on breaking up long ago

If she doesn't understand that you need to be with your bro on his birthday she needs to go! If she lives 4 hours away how can she make your life hell? If she calls all the time change your number, if she comes to your house have her arrested (or squirt her with the hose ).

Exactly, tell her you're staying, and if she tries to argue with you or get mad at you, and you don't feel like dealing with that, tell her you don't have to go and don't answer her calls, it's not that difficult, really you can do it.

 

thanks for your support. i am a wuss when it comes to my girlfriend. she can control me so well, but it gives me hope to hear you encourage me. i cant believe going to lie, like a child. in other situations i suppose ive done worse things to avoid telling her no though..
