i need to know what's going on

the other day my ex boyfriend came over. and we have this thing where we'll hook up a couple of days, then not talk to eachother for a month or so for some reason, and then start hooking up again. i had some acid and we went for a walk and had sex in these woods. and then he's like "oh we gotta get you home before you start tripping".

we're a couple steps away from my house and he's like "i have to go into town i'll see you later". Town is about a 30 minute walk and its about 98 degrees outside. And he wanted to leave all of a sudden that it surprised me. i even told him my sister can give him a ride but he insisted on walking. he did give me a pack of cigarettes but i haven't heard of him since. And i mean, he isn't into having a girl friend so i know he isn't seeing anyone. and we had really hot sex and i know he came because i swallowed it. i'm just confused why he just wanted to leave all of a sudden.
