I recently had to start buying my herb from a new dealer because my previous one stopped dealing. About a week back I bought 2 grams from him.. I found it weird that instead of bringing out his weed and scale he had a readymade package that he handed to me. I thought he was ripping me off but it did turn out to be 2 grams.. but here's my question.
I'm going to be buying a quarter ounce from him soon.. would it be alright if I requested him to weigh out the herb in front of me? I realize that might tick him off a little but I don't think it's an unreasonable request. Then again I don't want to risk ticking him off because as I said I'm just starting to buy from this guy so I don't want to start off on a bad note. What should I do?

most dealers i have bout off of don't weigh it out in front of me.
and alot Would find it kind of rude if you asked.
if he has worked out in the past then it seems cool.

so heres the rule of thumb.... when you get the bag, look at it. if you don't think its worth the money then don't pay for it.

or wait till you get home, weigh it, and if it doesn't weigh out call him up and tell him!

Yeah man. I wouldn't worry about it, as long as it looks to be worth the money. Take what you get and wiegh it when you get home, if you have a scale. If, when you weigh it yourself, it does not wiegh up to what you pay for, tell him about it and just worry about it in future transactions. There is no need to make him feel uncomfortable or disrespected unless you know for sure he has shorted you.

a quater pound is alot though. it wouldn't be hard for him to rip you off for a substantial amount. he might not care about losing one customer. i don't think it's that unreasonable to ask him to weigh it up for you, especially as you've only bought off him once before, and even more especially because it's a QP.

None of my dealers have ever weighed it in front of me unless i showed up unexpectedly,(shich i wouldn't reccomend) but i have only been shorted once. i delt with that like any extreemly angry, rage drivin, violent person would. and he never shorted me again.

Plus if he was the type to cheat you he probably would be the type to fuk with the scales so they show more than there really is.

weigh it at home and if he is significantly off don't go to him again.

I've found it best to think too much about exact weights. Thinking of the transaction as [this bag of weed] for [this much cash] frees you from worring about every little gram. Life is too short and weed shouldn't be a source of hassle.
