I sometimes find that with my spirituality and growing religious beliefs (I consider myself an Eclectic Wiccan), I can get side tracked with other parts of my life and find it difficult to put time aside for my daily meditation or practices. Does anyone have a similar problem? Or any suggestions for how to incorporate Wicca more into your daily routine without needing to set appart time to cast a circle?
    Thanks.

find time to go for walks in and with nature.
If you are in the country that's easy - In the city there are always places to walk where nature will come and join you.
What good is a nature religion if we leave nature out ?

So often casting the circle is about us - reverance, appreciation and gratitude honors all.

    Be Blessed

    Namaste

I get affected similarly, but by the seasons....in the summer i am completely mudane....but after Lughnasdh i feel the transition begin....by fall i am in the deepest of my spirituality....where i construct new views...discover new things...winter i reflect on them...spring in enact them....

But i understand what you mean....I do small ancestoral rites as often as I can....
just in reverance and prayer....i walk in the woods...and sit in my creek and look for rocks...look to the moon in wonder...or watch spiders in their webs....

I agree with Heron, in the summer time I find it hard to be completly spiritual. It seems like autumn, after Lughnasdh, especially around Samhain. I love the fall/winter time of year, I have more strength when it is cold outside. Dont get me wrong tho, I love all the seasons, but I love the fall winter time. Especially before January.

see, i'm opposite of heron and oisin. i love spring and summer, when everything is alive, and it seems like the earth is just singing. but when i start feeling that frost in the air, and then fall comes, i sorta lose something. and by deep winter i feel completly depressed. i've found that you don't really need to "cast a circle" or do any sorta ritual to get in touch with your spiritual side. just reflect on yourself and what's on your mind when you have a chance. all aspects of your life can, and probably should be incorporated into your religion.

See revolution time, that is the difference...my practice deals more with death...so when the world dies, and the spirits walk our world, i feel more in touch....I like the newness that comes with autumn as well...the wheel making its way round to a new rotation...with death birthing life....things are only alive in the summer because they died in the fall....

I get that way with the seasons and all.

Being near the city I'm limited to what I can do in nature, so I meditate, lay in streams to cleanse myself of any negative energies that I may have picked up from babylon, stare into the day and night sky and just wonder around the woods.

Well hopefully today will do me some good. I've taken the day off, and decided to go out to my cottage and just enjoy nature. Something I haven't done in a while. :)

sun-shine....i wish i could spend a minute in the wood with you sweet little goddess...Though off topic...just wanted to say that you are absolutely beautiful..
and seeing you causes lamentful wanting to know you.....you remind me a lot of a past love lost....but that aside...you seem like an inspiring sweet little earth daughter....keep smiling love....hope you find your spirit in every minute of your day...

I follow this same pattern. Fall is a time of deep feeling and change for me.
