By chance, do you use sex toys to start off and relax with? That could be a lot to do with it. Some Astroglide types of lube and jelly dildos cause a burning sensation. Rubber, fleshy types of toys work fine with all lubes. Try a couple of different types and have some fun experimenting.
If I were to use anything it would have to be coconut oil. I'm really not down with anything else besides my own juices in my ass or vagina. I've tried other things and yeah, they don't feel good, go in the shower if need be, that always works for me, if your shower is large enough.
