There are about 20 drops in one ml (depending on the viscosity, the size of the dropper, and other things), so 5ml would be 100 drops. It's not always constant. It's like asking "How many people would make up a ton?"

Drops of liquid from an eyedropper are very uniform. The size of the drops actually depends on the surface tension of the liquid.
drops are not an very accurateway of measuring liquid. use a syringe. you can pick them up at any pharmacy. ask for a 1 cc insulin syringe. they are accurate
