Grinders?

Is it worth getting a coffee grinder to grind up my weed real fine? I mean, is the difference that great? I don't smoke all that often, about once a week (actually, is that a lot, or average, or what?), so I'm wondering if the difference would be that noticeable. And do I need an electric one or would a manual one work as well?

it depends what you want. i got a coffee grinder for 10 bux cuz i wanted something cheap and easy to get. they have some really nice manual grinders for around 50 bux with resin collectors which are very nice. if i had the mopney i'd go with a manual one w/ the "pollinator"

 

i think a coffee grinder is great if u need it.. we always have one at like parties and shit. there cheap and easy to clean. but for small amounts its kinda awkward to carry one in ur pocket so i opt for a bud buster

 

I'm always looking for a deal, so cheaper is better. But does it really affect the high and stuff?

 

each to there own i dotn think it makes a diff personaly... i never bust my weed intill im about to use it.. i think it hurts the crystals IMO.

Listen, coffee grinders are good and all, but you have to plug them in, shit gets messy and technical... Try a metal grinder. There's on particular brand "Space Case" which has 3 compartments.
The first level is a system of sharp metal razor edges with holes leading to the second compartment. Thats how everything goes through. Almost like a cheese grater, but better and fancier.
Then in the 2nd level, the shit collects and rests on a metal screen (similar to one you would find in a kief box.) So then everything that was ground up is being sifted for crystals slightly. Which brings me to...
Level 3 where the crystals collect.

I'M telling you, go to a local head shop and they'll have ones that can fit in the palm of your hand, for only like $30-$50. Portable, affordable and almost indestructable. It's a good product for any serious smoker

Grinders are really just a way to avoid all of the braking up of nugs. I just stick pinches of the stuff in my grinder (which was about $40, works nice though) and I get a nice fine grade of small stuff.
