I have seen many chances to buy some land around here for under $1000 an acre and thought maybe on doing so but I dont want like 80+acres for myself. Anyone ever bought land with others before and divided it ect? I have bought and sold homes but not land.

There are assorted places some with creeks and shit. This is lower mid Missouri and getting water is never an issue. I think the whole area is on a crust then a major waterway is under it, lol

Ok, doesn't sound too bad..Missouri, huh? I don't know about that, but good luck. I suspect if you really wanted it, you could make it work.
I've actually pondered similair ideas myself.

I've bought a chunk of land but never divided it or anything... But it seems like a cool idea, good luck if you go through with it.
