Where is the resot located? Many resorts have kichens in the rooms, and most towns near the resorts have grocery stores. For instance, I can eat Vegan pretty easily at Cabo San Lucas in Mexico.

I suggest you call ahead to the resort and ask questions about the accomodations and the food they offer. Can they prepare Vegan food for you if you give them advanced notice?

ask your server to have the chef make something suitable to your diet. It's not hard....i've had it done before. Be sure to tell them it's an allergy though....because if they serve you something you specifically told them you cannot eat or you will suffer a severe reaction it could provoke legal action against them....thus, they will make sure you don't get anything non-vegan. If you're going somewhere foreign, learn the term for "vegan" or "allergic" or something suitable in their language to get your message across.
