bah, it didn't pour rain today...only little drizzles here and there. so i still had to work at camp today. its wierd because the news people been saying its gonna rain for 3 days and the only time it rained was last night.

Hmm... nothing bad has happened so far... well, there's the hurricane... and it's coming. But I wouldn't count that yet.

 

I didn't even realize it was Friday the 13th until I saw this thread.


Anyway, I was watching Dawson's Creek this morning and it was the Friday the 13th episode. The weird thing is they just play all the episodes in order so it was a random coinsidence that the Friday the 13th one ended up being shown today.

 

I had a great conversation with my oldest son today. He is 5 years old. He was talking to me about Strangers, God, Jesus, and praying. He told me Jesus forgives even the bad people. I almost cried.

I didn't even think about it being Friday the 13th until I saw this post. I got really drunk last night, called in sick to work today and slept til 3:30 this afternoon. Then I attempted to make some fried apples and I burned them. I never burn food! Heh, but I am not superstitious. It just happened because I was still half drunk.
