Opportunity in West Virginia for happy people only!

Greetings!

Originally, I dreamed of living a basic life in my bus forever. However, my country had a different plan for me, with their war funding at my expense. I simply can't afford the gas to survive as I wish. My husband and I took almost our entire savings, and spontaneously purchased 56 beautiful acres in West Virginia, which we plan to turn into a campground. We do not make enough money to pay people much, if any, as far as cash, but I am offering rooms, tent space, and other possibilities, with free rent, food (within reason...if you eat like a 15 year old, you might need to hit the food bank for additional sustinence, or get a job). We can support about 4 people tops, but that could change quickly with the right dedicated people. If we all contribute, we could accommodate a few more. Folks who feed themselves and sleep in a tent, or in the space provided for you are possibly welcomed, if you come with additional people (wife, cousin, best friend;etc) I will need to interview them as well. Providing a safe place to live is the most important thing to me.
The following are who I am mainly looking for, but write me if you think you have additional services you could provide to a community living situation. If you want to be there to help us at the Genesis of something really potentially cool for all of us, I welcome your letters. We could all use a friendly resort for people like us to pass through, and that is what I am hoping to establish. Land surrounding the area is also available for very little money for anyone interested.
One position we need filled is someone who knows how to build, is patient, and works well with others. Must be strong enough to carry heavy objects, and willing to work at least 3-4 hours per day.
We also need help with cleaning up a stream and property. I could also use help with light housekeeping.
One thing I need right away is someone (FEMALE ONLY) to get my daughter off to school in the morning and a bit of assistance with supervision. Other than that, you are free to spend most of your time wandering through the forest. If you are still with us in the summer, there will be opportunities at actual cash payment for longer stretches of babysitting. You must be peaceful and kind-natured! No Drama Queens and mind-gamers! It is Aug 21 today and I will need you to be available within 2-4 weeks from today.


For those interested in any of these, you would have time to get an additional job if you want, or even attend college, which is nearby. In the future, if all goes well, there could be steady employment, if our campground gains enough business. We are very hopeful. I prefer non-smokers of tobacco products, but if you smoke, be willing to smoke outside the home I live in, and know that it takes 75 years for a cigarette to biodegrade (in otherwords don't drop them on my property). Obviously, I do not supply them. For those who camp, common sense a must! If you think styrofoam dissappears quickly when melted over a fire, and choose this method of disposal, you are not what we are looking for.
If you have a child yourself, please only apply only if your kid is a nature lover who knows the importance of not destroying earth and property. No violent destructive bratty children, please. My goal is to create a utopia and though I honor those who choose to let your children be crazy and run wild, I just don't want to personally deal with it on a daily basis on my own space. Knowledge of "indoor voice" is a must! There is a school nearby.
Absolutely NO Cocaine, Heroin, or Speed users! If you have been arrested for it, or might have an issue with those substances that in my opinion, cause violence and theft, don't apply! Also, if you drink, be able to handle yourself. If you are known to lose control and act in a way that brings negativity to others (you know who you are), I would rather you do it elsewhere.
Sorry, though there is food growing potential you are welcome to utilize, you cannot grow God-given medicinal drugs deemed illegal anywhere on my land. We can fight to change that if we get a new governement someday, but as of now it cannot happen. I have a child and must obey the law.
Religious beliefs are ones own business and must not be forced onto others. Religious areas like a ritual fire circle will be provided quickly.
You MUST be able to get along well with others. At least know how to agree to dissagree. I know there seems to be a lot of rules, but to those who believe as I do and understand my reasoning for them, I welcome you.

what percentage of your land is wooded, does the creek run year round, do you have water rights to it, how much did the 56 acres cost. thanks
