Hola, mis amigos! Me and my friends are planning to go backpacking in Latin America in November and December, and one of our spots is Pelenque. Now the problem bothers us is that we would like to go to Palenque from Mexico City by bus, but don't want to go via San Cristóbal de las Casas as a hub since we are informed that the security problem is a major concern there. However, we havn't found any bus company providing the kind of route from Mex. City to Palenque without going through San Cristóbal de las Ca. Any advice is highly appreciated! Muchas Gracias!
